One of our favourite options for the wine tasting is the one which is held in a magnificent estate in Panzano in Chianti, dated back to the 12th century.
Since 2018, the property has had a completely certified organic wine production, free of herbicides or synthetic fertilizers. In the same year the company became part of the Panzano Viticulturists Union, the first “organic district” in Tuscany.

In 2018 the new cellar was built, designed in close collaboration with the winemaking team, according to a fundamental principle: only grapes ripened to perfection and treated as little as possible offer excellent quality wines.

What do we offer?

• Chianti Classico Vertical (1st offer):

In this experience you will discover the magnificent estate and their own Chianti Classico wines. The Tour includes the visit of the garden, the vinification area and the aging cellar. At the end of the tour, you will taste the Ziik Sparkling Rosé 100% Sangiovese, three different vintages of Chianti Classico and their extra virgin olive oil, all accompanied by snacks.

Tours are available Monday to Saturday at 11.30 am and 2.30 pm.

• Grand Tour (2nd offer):

In this experience you will discover the magnificent Estate, the vineyards and the property’s finest wines. During the Tour you will also exploring the cellar, the barrel ageing room and finally discover their best wine selections: Ziik Spumante Rosé – 100% Sangiovese, three different vintages of Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva and IGT. All this will be accompanied by their own extravirgin olive oil and local snacks.
